Orders & Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipping options:
UPS Ground- US only: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (exclusive of sale periods) and shipping generally takes up to 7 business days depending on the shipping location.
UPS Expedited Shipping- US only (2 Day or Overnight): Orders must be received by 12pm EST for same day shipping.
DHL ECommerce Parcel (International orders): Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (exclusive of sale periods) and shipping generally takes 3-10 business days. Note this only applies to the countries listed below.
DHL Express (International orders): Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (exclusive of sale periods) and shipping generally takes 1-3 business days. Note this only applies to the countries listed below.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) exclusive of holidays and sale periods. International orders ship via DHL. All orders received after 12pm or during the weekend will ship out the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email and UPS tracking number.
Orders that are returned to D. Porthault as undeliverable will be charged a return/reshipping fee.
All orders ship with a packing list and merchandise includes price tickets attached unless otherwise requested. If your order is a gift, please indicate this in the notes section at checkout.
All order over $5,000 can only be shipped with signature required for delivery.

GIFT WRAPPING
Gift wrap for orders is available upon request in the notes area of the online checkout. If you would like a gift message to be sent, please include this information as well. Our customer service team welcomes any questions.
FITTED SHEETS
We are happy to custom fit any of our flat bottom sheets to the specific dimensions of your mattress. This option will appear when ordering a sheet set. Please note that only new, unused and unlaundered sheets can be converted into fitted sheets.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or with a D. Porthault gift card or valid store credit.
SALES TAX
Orders (exclusive of certain non-taxable items) delivered within the state of New York, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia are subject to state and county sales tax. No sales tax is charged on orders shipping outside the United States.
