We take great pride in the craftsmanship of D. Porthault linens. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return that meets the criteria below

Return Window 

• Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package for a refund to the 
original form of payment.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and packaging, including all tag  and branded pouches/boxes.                           

Non‑Returnable / Final Sale Items
• Special orders, made‑to‑order merchandise/custom fitted sheets, and monogrammed or 
personalized items.
• Anything purchased with a promotional discount or sale pricing (excluding approved 
trade pricing)
• Final sale merchandise
• Used, laundered, or damaged items

Online Return Process
1. Email customerservice@dporthaultparis.com or call 212‑772‑3877 Ext. 1004 for a Return Authorization (RA).
2. Once approved, an RA number will be issued. This number must appear on the outside of the package, or the return will not be accepted.

Fees & Shipping
• Initial shipping costs are non‑refundable.
• A $25 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Return shipping labels are not provided; customers are responsible for return shipping.
• We recommend insured and trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Gift Items
Gift recipients may return items within 30 days. Store credit (valid for one year) will be 
issued and may be redeemed online, in U.S. boutiques, or by phone/email order.

Online vs In-Store Returns
• Online purchases: All returns must follow the RA process for website orders 
• In-store purchases: Returns and exchanges may be handled directly at D. Porthault 
boutique with the above terms and conditions.

Timing & Refunds
• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
• Once received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7‑10 business days.
