Orders & Shipping Terms and Conditions
UPS Ground- US only: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (exclusive of sale periods) and shipping generally takes up to 7 business days depending on the shipping location.
UPS Expedited Shipping- US only (2 Day or Overnight): Please contact our customer service team at 212-772-3877 Ext 1004 or email@example.com for assistance.
DHL ECommerce Parcel (International orders): Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (exclusive of sale periods) and shipping generally takes 3-10 business days.
DHL Express (International orders): Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (exclusive of sale periods) and shipping generally takes 1-3 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) exclusive of holidays and sale periods. International orders ship via DHL. All orders received after 12pm or during the weekend will ship out the following business day. If you have questions about an expedited delivery or general shipping questions, please contact our customer service team at 212-772-3877 Ext 1004 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email and UPS tracking number.
All orders ship with a packing list and merchandise includes price tickets attached unless otherwise requested. If your order is a gift, please indicate this in the notes section at checkout.
All order over $5,000 can only be shipped with signature required for delivery.
If you would like to request expedited shipping, please contact customer service before placing your order. Due to the high volume of orders received, we cannot guarantee expedited service after an order is placed.
At this time, online orders may only be shipped within the US, Canada, China and Japan.
D. Porthault is happy to ship orders to other international locations, however these orders must be placed with our New York store by calling 212-688-1660 or emailing email@example.com.We request that you have your own DHL or Fed Ex number for shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, taxes and duties which cannot be estimated in advance.
Gift wrap for orders is available upon request in the notes area of the online checkout. If you would like a gift message to be sent, please include this information as well. Our customer service team welcomes any questions.
Payment may be made online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or with a D. Porthault online gift card.
Orders (exclusive of certain non-taxable items) delivered within the state of New York, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia are subject to state and county sales tax. No sales tax is charged on orders shipping outside the United States.
