Sale orders are final and may not be cancelled or adjusted once they have been placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email and UPS tracking number.
Undeliverable packages will be subject to a return fee and a reshipping fee.
Due to the high volume during our sale, we regret that we cannot gift wrap sale orders. We are unable to send out gift boxes, bags, tissue paper or ribbon during the sale. Regular priced merchandise may be gift wrapped upon request in the notes area of the online checkout. If you would like a gift message to be sent, please include this information as well. All orders ship with a packing list and merchandise includes price tickets attached unless otherwise requested.
Payment may be made online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or with a D. Porthault online gift card. At this time our online gift cards are exclusively for online purchases. Porthault in-store gift card or use store credit and our sales associates will be pleased to assist you. Store credits issued through our store cannot be used online.
